We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
60-Day Return Window
You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase. Items that don't meet these conditions won't be eligible.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at support@airoha.co with your order number, full name, the shipping address used on the order, and a brief reason for the return.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide you with the appropriate return address based on your location, along with clear instructions to make the process as smooth as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or product, simply start a return for the original item and place a new order. In some cases we're happy to offer a free exchange — just let us know the situation and we'll see what we can do.
Order Cancellations
Due to our fast processing system, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, your order is already being prepared and can't be stopped. If you notice a mistake with your size, address, or any other detail, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@airoha.co with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. In most cases, we'll resolve the problem without requiring you to send anything back.
Non-Returnable Items
We're unable to accept returns on gift cards, personal care items, custom or personalised items, or hazardous materials. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to get in touch.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@airoha.co.
